Introduction
Dept. of Rehabilitation Counseling
To respond to social demands for rehabilitation, we train students through counseling, diagnosis, and evaluation to become rehabilitation experts with practical skills in occupation, psychology, and welfare for the disabled. The Rehabilitation counseling department is divided into 2 sectors. These are the Professional Rehabilitation areas, including vocational rehabilitation introduction, vocational rehabilitation counseling, case management, job development and placement, and Psychological Rehabilitation areas, including developmental psychology, abnormal psychology, art therapy, and painting. In addition, we offer various subjects for theory and practice in social rehabilitation to realize an integrated society. For example, at the Dept. of Rehabilitation Counseling, students can study various methods of vocational rehabilitation, psychological counseling and welfare courses, and lifelong education for the disabled by linking the basic philosophy and ideology of rehabilitation to the needs of the field, along with industry, government, and international exchange institutions.
