Our department helps students develop expertise in real estate, urban planning, and property management skills.
Our curriculum consists of real estate, commercial and residential property management, leasing, appraisal, investments, mortgage and finance. We also help enhance professional knowledge through courses such as built environment, location theory, real estate policy, real estate consulting, investment theory, as well as seminars related to city and real estate, and reading courses regarding urban planning and real estate development.
In addition, we provide cutting-edge practical equipment and software to help students acquire knowledge regarding humans and urban space, land, and real estate so as to create sustainable cities as well as develop the field of real estate. The Department of Urban Planning and Real Estate Studies can help students become experts in urban planning and real estate.
